Folly Field |
This area is one of the oldest on the island, but is currently undergoing a substantial revival. Located along Folly Field Road (the eastern extension of Mathews Drive)in the mid-island, most of the properties are within a short bike ride or walk to the beach.

Forest Beach |
At the South end of the island off Coligny Circle, North and South Forest Beach parrallel the Atlantic Ocean. The communities are within easy bike ride of many south end shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. All properties are an easy walk to the beach.

Singleton, Bradley, and Burkes Beach |
Among the newer developments on the island, these three areas are in the mid-island, just south of Folly Field Road. All of the properties are within easy walking distance of the beach, and this beach is one of the best on the island.

Spanish Wells |
Spanish Wells is an elegant and older community located at the junction of the intracoastal waterway and Broad Creek. Despite its secluded natural elegance, the amenitites include a golf club, tennis courts, a beach area, and a floating recreational dock.
